Bespoke Products
All of the products within our standard range can be tailored to your own requirements. Most of our work is bespoke for our clients. We offer a competitive and rapid mould making service. We have a wide customer base in the medical. leisure, industrial. lighting, motor home and caravan industries.
Most of our output is the manufacture of products to our customer’s own designs. Our customers can make their own moulds or commission us to make them. We can accept designs in many formats such as CAD data, drawings, faxes, or back of envelope rough sketches.
Moulds can be made from Aluminium, Wood, MDF or Resin dependant on component shape, life expectancy and budget. All mould making is done in house by our fully CNC equiped toolmaking department.
The largest moulding we can produce is 2500x 1250mm.
Obviously if a customer has commissioned a tool it cannot be used to supply anybody else without the tools owner’s written permission.
